1. The service

Stylark generates outfit suggestions and illustrative images based on a clothing item you photograph, and links to products you may want to buy.

2. Free allowance, credits and subscriptions

• Every user gets one free outfit generation per day, resetting at 7:00 a.m. in your local timezone.
• Outfit packs are one-time purchases of generation credits that do not expire.
• Style Pass is an auto-renewing monthly subscription granting a set number of generations each day. It renews at the price shown until cancelled. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings; payment is charged to that account at confirmation of purchase.
• Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled under their policies, not ours.
• Credits and subscriptions are tied to your device and have no cash value.

3. AI-generated content

Outfit suggestions and generated images are produced by AI models. They are illustrative suggestions, not photographs of real products. Colours, fits, fabrics and availability of any actual item may differ. Nothing in the app is professional styling, sizing, or purchasing advice, and you are responsible for your own purchase decisions.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the service. You confirm you have the right to upload each photo, and you agree not to upload unlawful content, other people's photos without their permission, or content that infringes anyone's rights.

5. Affiliate links

Stylark participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Shopping links may earn us a commission at no additional cost to you. We are not the seller, we do not control prices, availability, shipping, returns or product quality, and any purchase is a contract between you and the retailer.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass generation limits, reverse engineer or interfere with the service, resell access, or use automated tools to make requests.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, including the free allowance, at any time. Where a change materially affects a paid subscription, it takes effect at your next renewal.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
